We serve clients in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, and throughout King County and Western Washington. As an experienced Seattle Law Group, we aggressively advocate for clients in real estate transactions and disputes and concentrate our practice in the following areas:
Commercial Real Estate Law
- Commercial Purchase and Sale Agreements: a written agreement between two or more parties to facilitate the sale of commercial real estate, including apartment buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties. The terms included in a commercial purchase agreement are much more complex and technical than a residential purchase and sale agreement.
Residential Real Estate Law
- Residential Purchase and Sale Agreements: a purchase and sale agreement for a home buyer or investor to purchase a single-family home or a small apartment complex. It must include a legal description and other essential items to complete the transaction successfully.
Real Estate Agreements
- Real Estate Assignment Agreements: a written agreement that allows the holder of a real estate purchase and sale agreement to transfer the right to buy the property to another person or investment vehicle.
Real Estate Lease Agreements
- A written agreement setting forth the terms in which a landlord rents real estate to a tenant. The terms included in a lease are tailored to the specific purpose of the lease.
- Easements: a written agreement that allows a party to use someone else’s property for a specific purpose.
